What's my Aura: How does it help me?

DEFINING AURA

Aura can be defined as personal energy field each person is surrounded with. Aura is a reflection of your emotions and environment and is constantly affected by these factors. Every living being has these energy fields, every human is surrounded with aura.

When two people interact with each other There’s exchange of energies that take place. Aura can also be known as each persons’ capacity to attract the other persons energy.

More often you can hear people talk about VIBES. ‘Vibes’ scientifically known as ‘vibrational frequency,’ which is what an aura is comprised of. Your energy may make someone around you sense that you’re calm or disturbed, angry or elated, distraught or excited, even without you saying a word. Likewise, you could possibly sense those emotions from another person. Basically, you’re tapping into the frequency that person is revolving on.

Our vibrations are what others can feel or sense, or what attracts or repels us from others based on how our frequency works with theirs. And that’s when they say, “We vibe good”.

Here’s how it works:

Aura extends out from a body in layers, only to about over three to four feet, which suggests that your auric field interacts with those of others around you. It’s just like a broadcasting station for your emotional state of mind, and it’s why you'll devour a particular energy from people not immediately in your presence as their auric field is out there interacting with you and the people around. It is said that Aura consists of seven different colours and each colour has its own meaning depicting the personality you adhere to.

How does Aura affect our thoughts?

Surrounding yourself with good energy is as real as it can get.

If you’re hanging out with a friend who makes you feel pleasant and radiant in his/her presence, that’s going to rub off on you a little bit—and perhaps change your aura in turn. People with more energy tend to carry brighter auras which might brighten your aura as well. Contrary to this, if you’re around someone who’s giving you bad vibes, your aura might get affected and change to reflect the stress of your physical situation.

If you are constantly around someone who’s is surrounded with low vibes, one thing you can do is to hold on to your own aura’s power. It sounds way too simple, but just by deciding to not allow them to impact your emotional state by stealing your good vibes can do wonders.

How can you make your aura strong?

Some people naturally have strong auras, for instance if a person with bright and contagious aura steps in a room, all eyes shift towards them; that’s because they have strong and influencing personalities. But likewise, some people have weak auras, and they are easily affected by other energies. Meditating and revitalizing aural practices work on making your energy field powerful.

The Bottom Line

Many spiritual leaders, energy practitioners and healers who work with aural health believe that the human body is closely connected to the emotional and spiritual bodies. One of the representations of this connection is seen as Aura.

Understanding and being conscious of your own aura can take time. But the practice of focusing on your own spiritual and emotional health can help you go a long way to improvise your overall health.

Unlock your Inner Potential: Some Simple Strategies and Ideas

Do you sometimes feel like you’re wasting your potential? And do you also feel unsure about how you can even reach your full potential?

If so, you’re like any other ambitious person who wants to make the best of his/her life. For me, that’s what “reaching your potential” means. We all have limited time on our hands. Some live longer than others. You and I both know that it’s not about how long you live, it’s about what you do with the time you’re alive. It’s about leaving everything on the table and making sure you live up to your inner drive. Look, when I talk about reaching your potential, I’m not talking about what other people or society thinks we should do with our lives.

How do we get inner strength? Is there a simple recipe? Different paths are practiced in search of the inner strength. Our inner strength is a personal value, the human spirit or the innate essence that we are sustained throughout our life. Our inner strength is expressed in forms of will power, positive attitude, belief, and confidence in yourself.
It’s the positive image and assessment of us that makes us feel good, capable, and courageous.

There are real strategies you can incorporate into your everyday life that will cultivate your inner strength and help you unleash your power.

1. Use empowering rituals: Incorporate the power of Priming into your morning rituals. This dynamic technique helps you adjust your mindset and set the tone for your day. Other rituals include incantations and Goal visualization.

2. Raise your standards: It sounds straightforward, and it is. “If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.” Expect more, and you will get more.

3. Discover your purpose: purpose is a component of inner strength. When you find your purpose, inner strength naturally follows.

4. Let go of the past: Stop feeding yourself disempowering stories of past mistakes and failures. change the script in your mind and only allow positive thoughts.

5. Focus: This might be the most important of all. “Where focus goes, energy flows,” and if you put your focus on your future goals, the sky is the limit.

6. Look to previous experiences: The experiences you’ve had so far in life are valuable tools for building inner strength. When you’re having a hard time finding inner strength, ask yourself: What belief or feeling would make finding inner strength easier right now? Have I had more (or less) of that feeling in the past – and what has changed since then? When you learn from previous experiences, everything becomes a resource.

7. Set yourself up for success: Developing your internal resources takes more than just asking “What is inner strength?” It means priming yourself to find the strength you’re seeking. Set yourself up for success by building a routine and empowering mindset. Focus on your strengths and how you’ll use them to get to the next step.

Why is it important to know our strengths? For us to be as fulfilled and happy as possible, it’s important that we know and use the qualities that come most naturally to us. No matter what you do. Do it the best way you can — or not at all. If you want to reach your full potential, that’s the quickest route. It’s also the hardest. Don't let that surprise you!

Breaking The Barriers: Guide to being Unstoppable

Have you often wondered what's stopping you from reaching your true potential? What's causing you to take a step back when you want to keep moving forward? To answer this question, we will have to dig deeper into understanding what these barriers are. A mental barrier is a limiting belief or an assumption we have about ourselves regarding our abilities and self-worth.

These barriers can hinder a person from reaching their inner potential. It keeps us from doing something or acting on something, for example, raising a question, asking for help, public speaking, financial investing, etc. These barriers are unhealthy thought patterns that limit us from reaching our true potential.

Breaking free of these mental barriers is not always easy, but you need to take steps to get rid of the shackles and chains holding you back. All the negative feelings and thinking stored in your subconscious must be disposed of if you want to reach your full potential. So then, how do we break down these self-imposed barriers?

Here are some suggestions for overcoming these obstacles.

  1. Removing the fear of failure: This fear prohibits us from taking action and moving forward in our life. Failure is an inevitable part of our lives. There is no way of succeeding at anything without having failed at some point.
  1. Having a positive mindset: To achieve your goals, it's essential to counter these destructive thoughts and feelings. You need to adopt a positive attitude that motivates you into action.
  1. Choosing the right words: There is an unimaginable amount of power in the words that you say. Your inner thoughts shape your actions & your personality. Refrain from saying "No, I can't" and replace it with "Yes, I can".
  1. Giving it a try: Pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone might seem difficult at first. But when you do go beyond your limits, you start to discover something new about yourself and what is around you. Remember, there’s always a first for everything.

Well, the truth be told, the only thing you need to fear is fear itself. We sometimes let these assumptions & fear control the way we think and behave. The most significant gap that we have from where we stand today to where we want to be is not our surroundings; it's ourselves. It's the ability to break through our own mental and physical barriers. So, we must find the courage in ourselves to adapt and evolve to reach our tremendous potential. By writing this blog, I am breaking a barrier. When will you?

My Speciality: Recognizing my Potential

At some point in our lives, we may be extremely motivated and other days not so much. Sometimes, we might need a push and on other days, we might give others some help. You got it right, life is a full circle. It is the journey whereby two individuals can support each other and ask for help when required. The people in this life make it beautiful. But despite all the teamwork that life throws at us, we need to realise that something inside us is our own speciality.

That inner voice that gives you a one hundred percent thumbs up on anything new, the voice that will gleefully say “YES!” without doubt, is our own calling. It is our own kind of yes to every challenge and task.

Amidst all this, the inter and intra-personal skills, interaction with other people and life experiences help us understand our true potential. If there is per se a definition of what your true potential is- the limits to which your skills can be used optimally.

Many instances in our lives will allow us to agree to opportunities. Sometimes, we might doubt our ability to complete that task. Once we recognise our speciality, niche and idea, we can seize the opportunity, and yes at that time we know what our true potential is.

Listening to that inner voice i.e your gut will allow you to explore many ideas and opportunities. That's the way, after you have tried everything and something clicks it will make you feel connected and that's when you have reached your potential.

You will find it, trust the process.
